Thank you for choosing Puppy Duty Detectives, your dependable and locally owned dog waste removal service in Northeast Houston, TX.

Please read our Terms of Service carefully before scheduling your service. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Overview

Puppy Duty Detectives provides professional pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties. We offer:

• One-Time Cleanings

• Weekly Services

• Bi-Weekly Service

Note: Pricing is based on yards up to 1/5 acre. Larger yards may incur additional charges.

Yard Access

Please ensure gate access and yard availability during service hours:

• Unlock gates or provide access codes as needed.

• Inaccessible yards due to locked gates, blocked entries, or pets in the yard will be skipped, and regular service fees will apply.

• A $5 re-visit fee applies if you request us to return for a cleaning due to accessibility issues.

Weather Policy

Our team works in most weather conditions. However, severe weather (heavy rain, extreme temperatures, thunderstorms, etc.) may delay or postpone your service. Services affected by weather will resume the following scheduled visit. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather, as we still remove all accumulated waste upon our return.

Holiday Schedule

Puppy Duty Detectives does not provide service on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day

If your scheduled service falls on one of these holidays, we will skip that week and resume the following week.

Billing

Our service is pre-billed monthly, with payments due on the date your service begins each month. For example, if your service starts on the 5th, payments are due on the 5th of each month. If your service begins on or after the 28th of the month or later, payments will always be due on the 28th. If a payment is declined or unpaid by three days after the due date, services will be paused until payment is resolved.

For One-Time Cleanings, payment is due within 24 hours post-service. Accounts overdue by 30 days may incur additional fees and be subject to collections.

Yard Conditions

To provide our best service, please maintain your yard regularly. Excessively tall grass, fallen leaves, or debris can make locating waste difficult, which may impact service quality. If you find missed waste after a cleanup, please let us know so we can address it promptly.

Additional Service Fees

Some services may incur extra fees, such as:

• Cleaning/sanitizing patios, decks, or sidewalks: $5/visit

• Cleaning gravel/pebble areas: $3/visit

• Waiting fee (if delays prevent immediate service): $5/visit

Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information to provide you with our services, such as your name, address, and contact information. This information is kept confidential, used solely by Puppy Duty Detectives, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except for payment processing or as required by law.

Revisions and Updates

Puppy Duty Detectives may update these Terms of Service as needed. Revisions will take effect upon posting to our website, so please check periodically for updates.
